Fees
Let's keep it simple!  
 

We have a fixed rate per hour of £23.00* for all basic administration. Accountancy and any special projects will be charged individually.

 
 
All expenses such as stationery, postage, faxes, telephone calls etc will be extra and charged at cost. Mileage for any car travel will be charged at 40p per mile. We reserve the right to charge for travel time at our standard hourly rate.
 
  Fees are payable before receipt of finished work.  
  Payments can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or cheque. Please note that a fee of £25.00 will be charged for any returned cheques.  
 
We offer retainer packages for those clients who need regular support:

Fees for these packages are payable at the beginning of each month. Any unused hours can be carried over for a maximum of one month. Any additional hours will be charged at the normal hourly rate of £23.00.

 


 

*based on work being completed within normal office hours. Any work undertaken between 8pm and 8am will command a surcharge to be agreed before work commences.
