Clients will be required to sign a client contract and confidentiality agreement before work is undertaken. This indicates that clients accept our terms and conditions. |

Fees are charged per hour or part of hour unless otherwise agreed before commencement of work. |

All retainer packages require payment in advance on a monthly basis. |

For all one-off projects/work payment is strictly on receipt of invoice. A deposit may be requested before commencement of work for all one-off and pay-as-you-go clients.

Any expenses incurred including stationery, postage, faxes or phone calls will be extra and charged at cost. |

Payment can be made by cheque or electronic transfer. We cannot accept credit cards, however we can accept payment via PayPal. Please note that responsibility for any bank charges incurred will be with the client and not Dolphins Don't Sink. A fee of £25.00 will be charged for any returned cheques. |

Any original documents or discs provided by the client will be returned on completion of the work and once payment has been received.

All charges will be reviewed at the beginning of January each year and clients will be notified of any new charges in writing. |

A back-up of all work files will be kept for a period of 12 months. After that time, unless we are asked to retain them by the client, they will be deleted from our system. |

Responsibility for final proofreading of completed work rests with the client and any errors notified within 48 hours will be corrected free of charge. After 48 hours it shall be deemed that the work has been accepted as free of errors and omissions and Dolphins Don't Sink accepts no liability or loss from the performance of any services carried out for the client. Any errors or omissions reported after 48 hours will still be corrected, but Dolphins Don't Sink reserves the right to charge for the additional time involved. |

Dolphins Don't Sink cannot be held liable or responsible for the end use of any document or work carried out by us. We retain the right to reject work which involves material that we feel is illegal, immoral or objectionable. |

Contracts can be terminated with 30 days written notice by either party. We reserve the right to charge for any work carried out prior to cancellation. |

Although every effort will be made to ensure reliable service, in the event of equipment failure, Dolphins Don't Sink cannot be held liable for any loss of information. |

Dolphins Don't Sink does have anti-virus protection and all incoming emails and files are scanned, however, we reserve the right to delete any material or attachments without opening them if we think they could pose a threat to our computer system.

For reasons of safety and insurance, personal visits to our premises are not permitted. Any necessary meetings will be held at an agreed location elsewhere. |

Any confidential information given to Dolphins Don't Sink by the client will be for the sole purpose of carrying out the work agreed and will not be shared or disclosed to any third parties under any circumstances. A detailed confidentiality agreement is included in the client contract which needs to be signed by the client before commencement of any work. We are willing to sign the client's own confidentiality agreement if required. |
